But if you truly want a stronger, leaner, healthier body, you have to start thinking differently about the food you eat. Start choosing foods not just because they taste good, but because of the fuel and nutrition they provide your body. Food is either helping you build strength, muscle, and energy—or it’s holding you back. If you want more energy, a stronger and more muscular body like Will’s, and a life that is healthier and more resistant to disease, then it’s time to rethink your relationship with food. Ask yourself a simple question before you eat: “Is this helping build the body and health I want?” When you begin making intentional, health-conscious choices about what you put into your body, everything changes—your energy improves, your body gets stronger, and your overall health moves in the right direction. Your body is the only one you get. Treat it like the temple it is. Animal based diet: meats, eggs, fish, dairy, fruits, honey, rice and etc. I just meal prepped—ground beef, chicken, berries, organic milk, and it’s STILL cheaper than fast food. People say eating clean is hard. No—it starts in the mind. Most people feel like trash because they eat like trash. Processed food, fast food, chemicals… Then they wonder why their energy is low, hormones are off, and their body looks the way it does. Fuel your body the way it was meant to be fueled. I get what he’s saying about looking at food purely as calories, but at the same time, part of the reason we have such a big obesity problem in the U.S. is because people don’t pay attention to things like this. I was actually talking to a coworker today who ordered a sandwich. We pulled up the nutrition facts together and they were shocked to see that just the olive oil and mayo alone were over 500 calories… in a sandwich that totaled about 1,100 calories. Just like everything in life, it’s important to have some kind of balance, but the goal should be to eat healthy at least 80% of the time. This isn’t even to LOOK better, because that’s just one benefit. Eating healthier will make you feel a lot more energized and full of life. You ever have a big meal full of junk and right after you’re ready to fall asleep? That’s not a coincidence. And remember guys… You can party. You can drink. You can smoke. You can eat more on the holidays. And still be in fantastic shape. As long as you aren’t doing those things every day or every week.

Let me ask you this 👇 If the person you loved most on this planet asked you to look after their body for just one day… would you feed them? Would you feed them the most nutritious foods, or would you feed them junk? (Want to add that occasional processed foods are fine, it’s hard to navigate life without. Yes we all love a slice of cake from time to time) But eating like that 24/7 of the time is asking for an early grave. If the person you loved most on this planet asked you to look after their body for just one day, what would you feed it? If someone gave you half of the sh*t that’s hidden within foods in the supermarket / fast food places these days that you can’t name and asked you to eat it you wouldn’t, just because it’s hid in food yoh turn a blind eye to it. Stop trusting food companies and brands. They don’t care about us. We weren’t suppose to live like this. Consuming seed oils, preservatives, gums, stabilisers. Become more aware of what you are consuming, especially if you have the responsibility of bringing up a little one 🫶🏼 And if you think otherwise than this post… you are just lying to yourself to make yourself feel better about your nutritional habits. The purpose of this post is to promote healthier eating and for us to become more mindful as a society of the sh*t that’s hidden in foods that ruins or guts, digestion, energy levels, hormone health, causes inflammation; you name it.
