Hot Honey Chicken “Zinger” Burgers 🍔🔥 These are my favourite for a fakeaway burger night at home. Crispy Dorito coated chicken fillets glazed in hot honey, finished with melted cheese in a soft bun. Perfect with a crunchy salad or some homemade fries 🤌🏼 Save this for your next fakeaway night 💕 Ingredients (serves 2): 2 x 110g chicken breast, butterflied 
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic granules
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper  White pepper 
Salt  10g cornflakes, finely crushed
30g chilli heatwave doritos crushed 
1 small egg whisked  35g honey  1 tbsp hot sauce  2 reduced fat cheese slices  2 brioche buns (I used st Pierre which are higher cal you can use supermarket own to lower cals) 2 heaped tsp lighter mayo  50g shredded lettuce  Pinch of mild chilli flakes  💕Season the butterflied chicken fillets with the smoked paprika, garlic granules, cayenne pepper, white pepper and a good pinch of salt. 💕Mix the crushed cornflakes and Doritos together in a shallow bowl. Dip each chicken fillet into the whisked egg, shaking off any excess, then press firmly into the crumb mixture until well coated all over. 💕Place the coated chicken into the air fryer basket  and cook at 190°C for 15 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked through or bake at 220°C / 200°C fan for 20-22 minutes. 💕In a pan or microwave, gently warm the honey and hot sauce until loose. 💕Once the chicken is cooked, brush a small amount of the hot honey glaze directly over the hot chicken fillets. Place a cheese slice on top of each fillet and allow it to melt slightly from the heat. 💕Lightly toast the brioche buns.  💕Spread the mayo over the base of each bun and top with shredded lettuce. Add the chicken, then spoon over the remaining hot honey glaze and scatter over the chilli flakes just before adding the top bun. Sticky Sweet Chilli Shredded Chicken 🌶️🍗 An easy fakeaway that tastes unreal. Crispy shredded chicken tossed through a sticky, sweet chilli sauce — zero effort, big reward. Ingredients (serves 2–3): • Crispy coated shredded chicken (frozen) • Chopped peppers For the sweet chilli sauce: • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce • 2 tbsp light soy sauce • 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped • ½ tsp fresh ginger, grated • 1 tsp sunflower oil How to make: 1. Cook the shredded chicken according to packet instructions until golden and crispy. 2. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chopped peppers. Cook for 4–5 minutes until softened and slightly caramelised. 3. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Stir in the ketchup, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce. 5. Tip in the crispy shredded chicken and toss well until everything is glossy and coated. Serve with rice, noodles or in wraps 🌶️ Freezer food but make it feel like a takeaway. THIS. WAS. UNREAL. I had a craving, thought “I wonder if I can just make this at home?” and gave it a shot. I’ve had my fair share of In N Outs and I must say, this was pretty bang on the money 😍🍔🍟 the key is in the sauce!!! 250g mayonaise 4tbsp ketchup 2tbsp yellow mustard 4tbsp sweet pickle relish 2tbsp finely diced dill pickles 2tsp white vinegar 1tsp sugar 1tsp smoked paprika 1/2tsp garlic powder 1/2tsp pepper Chill for a few hours before ideally!!! For the burgers, roll gently into balls of around 100g each. I used a burger press to press down, cooking on med/high for 2 min each side. I brushed with yellow mustard on each side as I was cooking… this is KEY!! The melt your cheese on top of each burger. For the animal fries, dice a white onion (or 2, I like more onion!!!) and fry on a med/low heat in butter for 15 min, making sure to keep them moving so they don’t burn. I used brioche buns for the buns, and for the fries I just found some in my local shop that looked similar to the In N Out ones!! Assemble with sauce, tomato, lettuce, then the burgers and some more of that amazing sauce!❤️🤓🍔 #innout #burger #smashburger #recipe #fakeaway

HONEY CASHEW CHICKEN Don’t you even dare let this one get dusty in your saved folder. 52g protein per serving AND tastes like a takeaway. winwinwin. Serves 4 ▫️650g chicken breast, cut into very thin strips ▫️1 tbsp dark soy sauce ▫️1 tsp white pepper ▫️2 heaped tbsp cornflour ▫️handful of cashews ▫️1 onion, cut into chunks ▫️1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks ▫️1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks ▫️1 thumb-sized piece ginger, minced ▫️2 large garlic cloves, minced For the glaze: ▫️2 tbsp dark soy sauce ▫️2 tbsp light/reg soy sauce ▫️1 tbsp honey ▫️1 tbsp rice vinegar ▫️1 tsp fish sauce (optional) spring onions + sesame seeds to serve rice of choice Method: 1. Prep your veggies. Mix all the glaze ingredients together in a small jar or bowl and set aside. Toss the chicken with the soy sauce, then cornflour, pepper and a good pinch of salt. 2. Heat a drizzle of neutral oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the cashews and toast for 2–3 minutes, tossing often, until golden. Remove and set aside. 3. Re-oil if needed, then add the chicken. It may clump together slightly, so use tongs to separate as it cooks. Fry for 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan. 4. Re-oil again, then add the onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until starting to soften. Add the peppers and ginger and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes, then add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. 5. Return the chicken and cashews to the pan, pour over the glaze and toss everything together until sticky and glossy. 6. Serve over rice and finish with spring onions + sesame seeds if you like. Packed with protein and honestly, smells like and tastes like you just got a chinese. Comment FAKEAWAY for 100 Airfryer & Slowcooker fakeaway recipes!! Ingredients: 1-2 tbsp sesame oil 500g 5% lean beef mince 2 tbsp dark soy 1 tsp ginger puree 1 tsp garlic puree 2 spring onions, chopped 300g bean sprouts 600g egg noodles For the sauce: 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, reduced sugar 1 tbsp curry powder 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice 150ml chicken stock 3 tbsp hoisin sauce Black pepper 2 tbsp dark soy sauce Method: 1. Add your sesame oil to the pan and let that heat up – add your mince and give it a nice stir and leave it to cook for 3-4 minutes until nice and browned. 2. Once the mince is browned, add your spring onions, garlic, ginger, dark soy sauce and your bean sprouts. Leave to cook for another 2-3 minutes. 3. Add your cooked egg noodles to the pan with your sauce and give it all a good mix. Let the noodles and the sauce heat up and when you’re happy serve, add to a bowl and get stuck in. Macros (serves 4) • 496 kcal • 40g P • 55g C • 12.1 F Ingredients: Chicken Marinade • 600g chicken tenders cubed • 1 tbsp oyster sauce • 2 tbsp light soy sauce Stir-Fry • 2 tbsp oil • 430 g fresh rice noodles recommended, separated (or 200 g dried rice noodles, soaked as per packet instructions) • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into matchsticks • 1 large carrot, thinly sliced • 1 bunch Chinese broccoli (about 3 cups), chopped - separate stems and leaves • 6 cloves garlic, minced * 2 small shallots finely sliced * 2 Thai chilli’s deseeded and finely chopped • 3 spring onions thinly sliced • 1 large handful of Thai basil leaves Sauce • 2.5 tbsp oyster sauce • 1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce • 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce • 1 tbsp fish sauce • 1 tbsp coconut sugar • 2 tsp siracha • 2 tbsp water 🍜 Method: 1. Marinate chicken and make noodle sauce: In a bowl, mix chicken with oyster sauce and light soy sauce. Set aside.In a small bowl, whisk together oyster, dark and light soysauces, coconut sugar, fish sauce, siracha and water. 2. Prepare noodles: If using fresh rice noodles, microwave for 3 minutes then carefully separate the noodles. If using dry rice noodles, soak for 4 minutes in boiling water. Do not oversoak as they will become mushy. 3. Cook chicken: Stir-fry chicken in 1 tbsp oil over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes until charred and cooked through. Remove. 4. Cook veg: Add 1 tbsp oil, then add garlic, shallots and chilli. Stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add red pepper, carrot, and broccoli stems. Stir-fry for 3 mins, add broccoli leaves, cook for 2 more mins until leaves are wilted. Remove from pan. 5. Combine: Over very high heat, add noodles to the pan and fry for 30 seconds. Add sauce and gently toss for 2 mins being careful not to break the noodles. Add chicken and veggies back to the pan along with spring onions and Thai basil. Stir until glossy. 6. Serve: Plate hot and fresh with some chilli oil.

This stops the mixture sticking and makes them much easier to form. * Halfway through cooking give the nuggets a light spray of cooking oil on any dry areas so they crisp up evenly. * I used Carisma potatoes, which have around 25 percent fewer carbs than regular potatoes. Here is a banging chicken sandwich, full recipe down below 🤩🔥👇🏼❤️ McChicken Sandwich (serves 2) 250g chicken thighs very finely chopped 1 tsp. garlic granules 1 tsp. onion granules ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. black pepper 50g plain flour 1 egg beaten 50g breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. mayonnaise ½ tsp. onion granules ½ tsp. mild mustard 2 seeded brioche rolls toasted Shredded lettuce Method: 1: Season the chicken with garlic and onion granules along with some salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into two then shape into patties slightly larger than your buns. Pop into the freezer for 40 minutes as this will make them easier to handle. 2: Coat the chicken in seasoned flour, then egg and finally breadcrumbs, then fry in oil, heated to 170°c for around six minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 75°c. 3: To make the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, onion, granules, mustard, along with a bit of salt and pepper and set to one side. 4: Build your burger, by spreading a generous amount of mayonnaise onto the base of your toasted bun, at the burger, then lettuce, then top with the other half of the bun. Add the crispy chicken back in, 1 sliced fresh red chilli and sliced spring onions. Pour over the sauce (mix together, sweet chilli, ketchup, garlic paste, soy, and red wine vinegar).
