There are two teams competing to be the first to score on the small goal.
There are 5 cone/marker positions and 7 players for each group. Everything is one touch and the ball moves one pass forward and one pass back around the grid. The ball must travel twice around the grid before the shot can be taken.
If you have fewer players then just use fewer cone positions.
