There are already wayyyy too many people who cannot tell that this is fake. It’s scary and sad. This is the AI on the platform. It’s not home made movies and stories with cute kittens, colourful dragons and sci fi spaceships. It’s the worst, most damaging kind of content * It’s view fishing fake fitness to trick vulnerable women into surgery or cosmetic products. * It’s AI business gurus teaching you how to trick people who don’t know any better. * It’s violent animal cartoons targeted at kids. * It’s sad fake news stories to scare old people * It’s AI only fans to trick vulnerable men This is what AI is on social media’s I don’t want AI ads AI influencers AI creators AI UGC No one wants this. No one wants any of this. I don’t want to be looking at content on my phone wondering if it’s real I just want creators that are real creators. 1️⃣1 kg of fat =about 7700 calories this is not water,not bloating not muscle glycogen it is real fat that take time to lose ,but once it’s gone it’s gone for food. 2️⃣On average you burn 50-70 calories per 1k steps so to burn 7700 calories you need to take around 140k steps. 3️⃣Sounds impossible right? But if you walk 10-15k step a day in 10-12 days you can walk off a full kilogram not even counting diet,workout or other energy use. 4️⃣So does walking work- Yes it works just not a single day but consistently 5️⃣Walking every day =burn energy = triggers fat loss without burnout plus it doesn’t cause insane hunger doesn’t mess with your cycle and doesn’t drain your mental health. #explore #fyp #fitness #fit #gym
