Luckily someone in the crowd recorded how rude the staff member was… he continuously smirked , was dismissive which riled us up!
Our flight was delayed on the tarmac for approximately two hours due to technical difficulties which by the way should’ve taken care of beforehand. While I fully understand that safety-related issues can arise and must be handled with care, the situation became increasingly frustrating when passengers were eventually asked to deplane without clear communication about next steps, expected timelines, or available support.
When several passengers myself included, respectfully inquired about what to expect next—including the duration of the delay and whether any compensation would be provided—we were met with responses that felt dismissive and, at times, unprofessional.
