The first three months of a new year has these moments where you stop and think… I can’t do another year like the last! So this is for the woman who feels that pull— I feel this! Tell the truth about what drained you this past year. Honesty before strategy. Look at your calendar and delete one thing immediately. Make space on purpose. Spend one morning without performing for anyone. Let yourself breathe, relax. Revisit a decision you avoided all last year. Your clarity is sitting there. Spend an hour doing something with zero productivity attached… Let joy lead for once! Make a list of what you’re done tolerating. Your energy deserve boundaries. Ask yourself “What worked for me this past year?” Keep what actually supported you. Ask yourself “What didn’t?” Pick one habit you want to leave behind. Pattern-breaking starts small. Find one dream you’ve been minimizing. Desire is data. Recalculate your freedom number. Guessing it keeps you stuck... Take a quiet walk and notice what your body is saying. Your body keeps a score. Choose one obligation to say no to… Your peace is what matters! Spend time with someone who makes you feel lighter. Alignment is fault, not forced. Unfollow one account that makes you feel behind. Protect your mind. Update last year’s version of the goals you set and cross out the ones that weren’t yours. You don’t owe old versions of you anything… Do one thing your “busy self” never makes time for. Presence creates clarity… Write down the moment you felt happiest this past year.. That’s the direction. Right on the moment you felt the most off. That’s the warning. Ask yourself, “Who do I want to be now that this new year has arrived?” Then give her a head start! … and if you’re thinking… But where do I even start? Start with learning something that truly creates options for you. If you are done feeling stuck, and you are ready to learn how to build time in financial freedom online this year… ⭐️Comment CLASS and not invite you to a free live beginners training that breaks it all down step-by-step. ⭐️Be certain to follow @angie_madeformore for mpre clarity on how to create your dreams this year!

As I wrap up the last couple months in my 35th year on earth, it’s been the most transformative year of my life, so I want to share some bits of wisdom I hope can inspire you or make you feel a little less alone ♥️ which one resonates the most with you? 1. It’s ok to not have everything figured out 2. You will never be perfect, you’ll just be a little more perfect every year. 3. Take yourself on little dates (like a ☕️ or the 🍿🎥) 4. Give yourself permission to go on a holiday. You’ll never regret an experience. 5. Surround yourself with those that make you feel your best 6. Find a hobby that frees your mind 7. It’s ok to say no to things that don’t serve you 8. Reflect and set goals every year (and it’s ok if they’re different than the last) 9. You’re going to have to apply deodorant twice a day now 10. Never compare yourself to anyone 11. Everyone is on their own path 12. Fiber is a must. Everyday. 13. Workout min. 3x per week 🏋🏼‍♀️ 14. It’s ok to just focus on yourself. 15. Sometimes you just don’t want to go out. 16. There will be a moment where you realize your priorities have changed. And that’s ok. 17. Enjoy yourself, and don’t feel pressured to get in a relationship because it’s what society says. 18. Trust your gut, it’s more right than you realize. 19. Stick up for yourself and what you believe to be right. 20. It’s time to save for retirement. But don’t feel like you’re behind if you haven’t started. 21. There’s people older than you that still haven’t figured life or themselves out. Continues in the comments …

One from few days ago. I have been thinking how the time has come to start focusing on what I can let go and what can I welcome in my personal life and MAMO. I used to go mad for new year resolution planning post Christmas but realised that it did flow with the way I am. Following the seasons and what feels more natural to be has been so refreshing. Plus letting go of the pressure to make life changing decisions just before new year, when I am ready to go in winter snooze. You?

Things I’m letting go of in 2026💫 I’ve not perfected the art of any of these, but I’m certainly practicing them and feeling good in myself about them, sometimes it’s tricky and that’s okay. What are you letting go of on 2026? #lettinggo #2026goals #selfcareisntselfish #selfcare #empower

You only live once, so unclench your jaw, take a deep breath, and find something to be grateful for today. I love the life I’ve built for myself because every day I’m reminded how important it is to slow down, breathe, and take intentional moments just for me. Rebuilding my life and forging my own path has taught me a lot, but more than anything, it taught me to breathe… and to remember that nothing is permanent. I make it a point to appreciate what I have while I have it, and to be grateful for the challenges because without the strength I gained from overcoming them, I wouldn’t be here.

Every year starts out with the idea of change. But then the first 2 months go by unchanged and there’s this moment where you stop and think... I can’t do another year like the last. And this time you mean it. So this list is for the woman who feel that pull. 1. Tell the truth about what drained you this past year. Honesty before strategy. 2. Look at your calendar and delete one thing immediately. Make space on purpose. 3. Spend one morning without performing for anyone. Let yourself breathe. 4. Make a list of what you’re done tolerating. Your energy deserves boundaries. 7. Ask yourself, “What worked for me this past year?” Keep what actually supported you. 8. Ask yourself, “What didn’t?” Release the rest. 9. Pick one habit you want to leave behind. Pattern-breaking starts small. 10. Admit one dream you’ve been minimizing. Desire is data. 11. Recalculate your real freedom number. Guessing keeps you stuck. 12. Take a quiet walk and notice what your body says. Your body always tells the truth first. 13. Choose one obligation to say no to. Your peace matters. 14. Spend time with someone who makes you feel lighter. Alignment is felt, not forced. 15. Unfollow one account that makes you feel behind. Protect your mind. 16. Happens often, doesn't it? The end of the day hits and you realize you've poured into everything and everyone else. But this just compounds over time until we shrink into forgetting who we are. Constant demands, pressure, unspoken expectations. Cheering for others, waiting for our moment to be celebrated. Spoiling others with appreciation & gratitude, forgetting to be grateful for who we truly are. Zero self-appreciation. Here's a shift 👇 Prompt: How can I show myself the love I show others? Reflect: Who am I when I let go of the titles? Listen: Runaway by Aurora Read: The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz or the Return to Self ebook by Lindsay McKean-Lynch. Practice: Take inventory of each moment you give someone else appreciate, praise, or energy. Choose a moment to give it back to yourself. There are a lot of distractions in the world, here's your reminder to Return to you. (It's not selfish) Find the ebook in my bio or DM me, I'll send it over. Looking to strengthen this Self muscle? 2026 is the year to slow down and reflect. To look at where your time, love and energy are going. Because sometimes we keep pouring into cups that were never meant to pour back. This year is about choosing differently. Protecting your peace. And pouring into the people and things that fill your cup too. 🤍 #2026 #reflectandgrow #personalgrowthjourney #momlifebalance #mentalhealthawareness
