WHLet’s break down the big 3 line options 🛎️👇
1️⃣ Braid: no stretch, great for heavy cover, punching and frogging.
❌ Not abrasion resistant (even 50-60lb line!)
2️⃣ Fluorocarbon: sinks and has less stretch than monofilament. Can trigger more bites when you’re fishing pressured water
❌ More 💰💰 and less manageable
3️⃣ Monofilament: floats (very buoyant), keeps your bait higher in the water column, very inexpensive, and the most abrasion resistant.
❌ Sometimes too much stretch
