๐ Ingredients
โข 1 pack Buldak Carbonara Ramen
โข 1ยฝ cups water
โข ยฝ cup heavy cream
โข 1 egg yolk
โข 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
โข 2 slices Swiss cheese
โข 1 slice Colby Jack cheese
โข Rice cakes (optional)
โข Bacon, corn dog, shrimp, or your choice of protein (optional)
โข Parsley and sesame for garnish (optional)

๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ณ Instructions
1. Melt the cheese base
In a pan over medium-low heat, add the Swiss and Colby Jack cheese. Stir gently until melted and smooth.
2. Make the creamy carbonara sauce
Add the Buldak sauce packet, egg yolk, and mayonnaise. Mix until fully combined.
3. Cook the noodles
Pour in the water, then add the noodles, powder seasoning packet, rice cakes (if using), and heavy cream. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
4. Thicken the sauce
Once boiling, remove the lid and stir well. Continue cooking until the noodles are tender and the sauce becomes creamy and glossy.
5. Top it off (optional, but highly recommended!)
Finish with crispy bacon, corn dog, fried dumplings, or shrimp. Sprinkle with parsley and sesame for the final touch โจ

Lotus biscuits (1 pack)
Butter (2 tbsp)
Cheesecake filling:
Cream cheese (300 gr)
Powdered sugar (25-30 gr)
Biscoff spread creamy (2 tbsp)
35% fat whipping cream (200 ml)
Topping:
Biscoff spread creamy (3-4 tbsp)
Biscoff crunches (for show)
1 biscoff (also for show)
Recipe:
Place 16 biscoff lotus biscuits around the edges (8 inch // 19 cm tin)
Blend biscoff lotus biscuits, mix with melted butter and press it out in the middle
Rest in the fridge while preparing the rest
Whip the cream until stiff
In another bowl; whip cream cheese and powdered sugar then add melted biscoff spread
Fold everything in together
Place the cream in the tin and smooth it out
Add the melted biscoff spread on top and let it set
Then add the biscuit and crumbles (only for show)
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and enjoy๐ซถ๐ป
