Can you tell we are obsessed with sourdough pizza crust? And my 2 year old LOVES to help mommy in the kitchen. Every state has different laws and regulations around the Cottage Licenses. Utah unfortunately has very strict requirements. Number one: you cannot have children or any family in the kitchen at any time while baking, nor can you make food other than what is being sold during that time as well. If you’re in the sourdough world, that eliminates DAYS for one loaf. Luckily! Utah has the following: “House Bill 181 (the Home Consumption and Homemade Food Act) was signed into law in the spring of 2018.
