Chimichurri Steak Bites because takeout is expensive and we have food at home. Meat? You get am for house. Chimichurri? You get am for fridge. Potatoes? I KNOW you get am. Ribeye steak? …okay, that one is between you and your budget 😭🙈 How it goes: • Ribeye steak: cut into bite-size pieces • Season with @Foodace All Purpose Seasoning, Maggi liquid seasoning or soy sauce, salt & olive oil • Marinate for at least 1 hour (longer if you’re serious about flavour) Pan sear till golden, set aside. Same pan, add salted butter + chimichurri. Once butter is almost melted, return the steak, toss gently, turn off the heat and let vibes do the rest. Serve with whatever you like… But honestly? Ready in no time. Save this one; your future self will thank you. All you need: 250g Greek yogurt 250g self-rising flour 2 tbsp olive oil That’s it. No drama. Mix everything in a bowl. When it turns into a dough, leave on your countertop for 30 mins (because dough needs me-time too 😌). Then divide into 4 or 6 shape into a ball and let them rest again for 20 mins: because apparently, they’re tired. Roll them out thin like your patience on a Monday 🫩, cook on a hot pan until both sides look golden and fabulous. Cover with a clean towel to keep them soft and warm like a good hug.
