Day 107: after 107 days in the hospital fighting for my life I walked on my own this week! I have dreamt, cried and hoped for this moment I spent months without any use of my legs, crying to my family, my docs and my physios, begging to understand if I would walk again. Still a hell of a long journey ahead. Still feeling raw WTFness (a new emotion I’ve claimed and named - feel free to use when needed 😉) that I’m even HAVING to learn to walk again. Still feeling so grateful for my physios / OTs who have got me here. Still frustrated by having foot drop in both feet (all my muscles have come back online except I cannot pull up my toes or ankle still- so I’m wearing braces that help pull my toes up) And will also spend the whole weekend feeling deep overflowing amounts of gratitude and joy that I’m at this point. NO FREAKING HANDS or equipment walking! Now I’m working on building endurance, strength, balance and stamina around it. Send these ankles some “come back online please vibes” Love ya. Thanks for being here even without the yummy recipes. I can’t wait to be back to them one day

Not all stunts go to plan.. you have to be in the right head space and fully committed to a successful visualisation of what you’re about to do. I was very lucky on this one that I didnt place my leg down one of the gaps 😱 I did spot where I was last minute thankfully as there was another 20 foot drop down to the next level. So much love to Garrett Hammond for coming running in to catch me 🫶 He had my back 👊 @_troylinds crushed his every time 😎 . . . #stunts #stuntlife #stuntlifestyle #stuntman #actionman #familyplan #highfall #filmmaking #behindthescenes

Who needs hands when you have braces and a smile? 😃 After the bomb blast, I was left with nerve paralysis and arthritis in my legs, but the braces help me walk with confidence. ♥️ Check out this video to see me putting on my shoes and braces without any hands. #BeUnstoppable I purchased the foot drop braces from @braceability and @ottobock. The knee braces are from @bracoo_us.

Foot drop is a common occurrence in people with multiple sclerosis. A simple exercise that you can do to strengthen the muscles that lift your 4 foot. That is the tibia anterioralis muscle. You can do the standing. You can do this sitting at your desk slowly lift your 4 foot up hold for a few seconds or 10 seconds or 30 seconds then slowly let it down and repeat. You can do this throughout the day, it will gradually strengthen the connection between your brain and the muscles that lift your footwill strengthen the muscles themselves. This will slowly reduce the problems with foot drop. It will take time but it’s a simple exercise that you could add to your routine as you do other tasks at work or at home.

Have you ever tried plantar fascia stimulation in a paralysis patient? 👀 If not — you’re missing one of the most powerful neuro-muscular activation spots in the lower limb! ⚡ When a patient has foot drop or weak ankle control after paralysis, we often focus only on dorsiflexors and forget the foundation — the plantar fascia. This area is loaded with sensory receptors that send strong signals back to the brain, helping to reawaken dormant motor pathways and improve proprioception. 🧠➡️🦵 💡 Stimulating this zone can help: ✅ Improve foot awareness and balance ✅ Activate stabilizing muscles during stance ✅ Enhance weight transfer and gait recovery ✅ Speed up neuroplastic adaptation It’s not just about movement — it’s about communication between the brain and foot. And when that connection starts firing again… magic happens. ✨ Next time you’re working with a paralysis or stroke patient, don’t skip this point. Because sometimes, the smallest stimulations lead to the biggest breakthroughs. 💪 To book your online / Offline appointment contact 7015017475 Dm @dukhniwaranphysio Clinic Address: 736, opposite ekta park near lucky bakery, Model Town, Panipat #NeuroRehab #ParalysisRecovery #PhysiotherapyWorks #Neuroplasticity #dukhniwaranphysiotherapy

I had wanted to jump this log for several years and luckily got the chance to while it’s still here! The 65 foot drop was nothing compared to walking out on it and knowing if you fall off to the right that you’re dead.😅 That combined with the small and dark landing zone definitely made this one of the scariest jumps I’ve ever done.
