This one took awhile to put together. I tried a new recipe initially which was more lighter like a cupcake but during the glazing process it was a little more delicate. So I’ve fallen back to this trusty recipe from @loveswah which I’ve used in the past

📖 Baked donut recipe from @loveswah
Cream:
70g butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
Add:
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Next add:
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups plain flour
Bake for 10 minutes at 160 degrees

1 cup icing sugar
1.5 tbsp milk
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
For chocolate glaze:
2 tbsp cocoa powder

DUAfter a lot of testing in my kitchen… I finally got my mini donut recipe exactly how I wanted it.
Getting them soft and fluffy instead of dense took more testing than I expected.
I tried different ratios, liquids, and cook times because I didn’t want those heavy cake donuts.
I wanted them light, fluffy, with just a tiny crisp on the outside.
When they finally came out the way I imagined… I knew this was the one. 🍩

1. Nutella Filled Donuts
2. Strawberry Jelly Filled Donuts
3. Sugar Glazed Donuts
4 Donut Holes Rolled in Powdered Sugar
These are not perfect but I was happy with them🙈🙊. I loved the process of making these . I wanted to make them a bit more pretty and I was thinking of taking better pics but then it didn't last so long😬🤤 . The only difficult thing is frying them in this hot🌡️ weather... But for me it's a work that gives me a sense of fulfillment 🙃😅.. I really wish to make more .
