Ingredients Tangzhong 2 Tbsp. bread flour ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. whole milk Dough ¼ cup whole milk, warmed to 110°F 1 ½ tsp. instant yeast 2 ⅓ cups bread flour or all-purpose flour, spoonned and leveled ¾ tsp. salt ¼ cup granulated sugar 1 egg, room temp, whisked 2 tsp. vanilla extract ¼ cup unsalted butter, very soft . Cinnamon Caramel Sauce (for bottom of pan) ⅓ cup unsalted butter, very soft ⅓ cup light brown sugar, packed 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 ½ tbsp heavy cream ⅛ tsp. salt Filling ¼ cup unsalted butter, very soft ½ cup light brown sugar, packed 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon 2-3 Tbsp. Golden, buttery, fluffy in the middle—with juicy raspberries and that sweet glaze drip. 10/10 would make again. This is a recipe anyone can make no matter how confident you are a baker. Here’s the full recipe 👇 Mix: 2 cups flour, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt. Grate in 1/2 cup frozen butter. Cut it in. Whisk: 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup heavy cream, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla. Combine wet + dry with 1 heaping cup fresh raspberries. Fold gently. Knead a few times. Pat into 8-inch circle. Cut into 8 wedges. Bake at 400°F for 16–18 mins. Cool 10 mins. Glaze: mix 1 cup powdered sugar + 1–2 Tbsp milk. Drizzle. From emulsifying the eggs to using cake flour and just the right balance of butter and oil, this cake turns out bakery-level every single time. So many of you have asked for my bread recipe so here it is!!! 🍞 INGREDIENTS: -2 cups warm water -2 tsp active dry yeast -1/4 cup melted butter -1/4 cup honey -2 tsp salt -5-7 cups of all purpose flour INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Mix yeast, honey and warm water together and let sit for 10 minutes. You want to see it look foamy before proceeding. 2. Add rest of ingredients to yeast mixture and knead well. (About 5 minutes) 3. Put in a bowl and cover with a towel. 4. Let sit in warm place for 1 hour. 5. Punch down dough then separate into two, roll out and shape and place in bread pans. 6. Let rise one more hour in pans then bake at 360 for 40 minutes. ENJOY!! 🫶🏼 🍞Let me know if you try this!🍞
