Plank kick throughs (3x10- each side) 2. This TOTAL BURN workout is full of my favorite compound exercises that build strength & definition. AND it only takes about 25 minutes to complete. 🙌🏼 Here you go: 1. Single Arm Front Squat & Curl 2. Push Up to Knee Drives (kneeling push ups are totally fine) 3. Back Squeeze with Knee Drive Crunches 4. Tricep Press Lunge 5. Side Planked Outer Thigh Lifts * Complete 12-15 reps. Rest 10-20 seconds, then go to the next exercise. Cycle from top to bottom for 4 sets. For exercises 1, 4 & 5- do each side.
