At first, Po struggles badly with training. He is out of shape, clumsy, and completely different from the disciplined martial artists around him. The Furious Five doubt him, and even Master Shifu believes the choice was a mistake. However, Shifu eventually discovers that Po’s love for food can be used as motivation to help him learn kung fu in his own unique way.
As Tai Lung arrives to attack the valley, Po realizes that being the Dragon Warrior doesn’t require him to become someone else. Instead, his true strength comes from believing in himself and embracing who he is.
