RO5 Mins Chilli Garlic Rice 🔥
Spicy, aromatic and super flavorful rice recipe!
🛒 Ingredients
• Garlic – 8–10 cloves
• Salt – to taste
• Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
• Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
• Black Pepper Powder – ½ Tsp
• Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
• Garam Masala – ½ Tsp
• Cumin (Jeera) Seeds – ½ Tsp
• Water – 2–3 Tbsp
• Oil – 2 Tbsp
• Boiled Rice – 2 cups
• Fresh Coriander – 2 Tbsp (chopped)
• Lemon Juice – 1 Tsp
👩🍳 Method
1️⃣ Crush garlic and salt using a mortar and pestle to make a coarse paste.
2️⃣ Transfer the garlic paste to a plate and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder and a little water.
3️⃣ Mix well to prepare a smooth masala paste.
4️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and add the prepared paste.
5️⃣ Cook the masala for a few minutes, then add a little salt and fresh coriander.
6️⃣ Add a little more oil, then add boiled rice.
7️⃣ Add fresh coriander and lemon juice.
8️⃣ Cook and mix everything well until the rice is fully coated with the masala.
