Not kids. Not age. Not hormones.
Itโs quitting. Itโs giving up. Itโs telling yourself the story that itโs โtoo lateโ or โnot possible for me.โ
I carried babies. I nursed. I lost sleep. I worked while exhausted.
And I kept showing up.
Some days it was 10/10 effort, other days it was just a walk or a quick lift.
But I NEVER stopped.
