ER[🏠: Leadership] One of those random night jog with the boss man and after the run, he went to his car, took out the tools and started recording this video of my journey as Project IC. I thought this is a very appropriate time to post since we are in the last weekend of a 3 weeks long preview period for Coastal Cabana where other comrades are helming.
Indeed, being in Project Leadership role is a different ballgame compared to our day to day sales job. It requires dedication, team excellence and 100% commitment to the oath we took. It has been my privilege to have served and still serving ERA in this capacity. And an honour to have learn so much from the DDs and fellow ICs of Novo/Otto Place.

LY22 December - a very special date for me.
Exactly 365 days ago, I received the email that has since changed my life; I pass the RES Exam!!!
In the past 365 days, many many things happened
- from a Rookie who doesn’t really know how to make videos and reels; somewhat mastering it a little more now
- went to many many showflats + viewing of many amazing houses
- prospecting via doorknocking with the team on many many evenings
- went for my solo Listing Presentation
- received multiple achiever awards including a Diamond
- Chalets and Gala Dinners
- Stepped out of my comfort zone and did home tour videos
- Division Trainer
- Joining the big boys club (Million Dollar Club)
- Upgraded the car
- Xmas parties with the amazing team
Real estate changes life, and it really did for me. Still very amazed at how fast time flew by and how different things are now comparing to 365 days ago.
Definitely looking forward to the many more 365 days ahead in this journey!
