125 g tereyağı (yaklaşık ½ su bardağı)
125 g esmer şeker (yaklaşık ½ su bardağı)
160 g pekmez (yaklaşık ½ su bardağı + 1 yemek kaşığı)
2 yumurta
450 g un (yaklaşık 3 su bardağı + 2 yemek kaşığı)
1 çay kaşığı kabartma tozu
½ çay kaşığı tuz
1 çay kaşığı toz zencefil
1 çay kaşığı tarçın
½ çay kaşığı karanfil
Süsleme için:
(Hazır süslemeler de kullanabilirsiniz.)
140 g pudra şekeri
24 ml süt (veya bitkisel süt)
Yapılışı:
Tereyağı ve esmer şekeri krema kıvamına gelene kadar çırpın.
Yumurta ve pekmezi ekleyip karıştırın.
Unu, baharatları, kabartma tozunu ve tuzu ekleyerek yumuşak bir hamur yoğurun.
Hamuru en az 30 dakika buzdolabında dinlendirin.
Dinlenen hamuru merdane ile açın ve kurabiye kalıplarıyla kesin.
Önceden ısıtılmış 175°C fırında 10–12 dakika pişirin.
Pudra şekeri ve sütü karıştırarak akışkan bir kıvam elde edin. Çok sulu olursa pudra şekeri, koyu olursa süt ekleyebilirsiniz. Karışımı krema torbasına aktarın ve ucunu çok az kesin.
Kurabiyeler tamamen soğuduktan sonra süslemeyi yapın.

Eu amo o Natal, gente! Tanto por seu significado, o nascimento do menino Jesus, quanto pelas possibilidades que a gente tem de alegra-lo e homenageá-lo!
E hoje eu trouxe pra vocês, a minha receita de Gingerbread, que eu espero que vocês gostem muito, então já aproveitem pra salvar e fazer muuuuuito sucesso com ela nesse Natal, tanto pra comercializar, quanto pra presentear!
GINGERBREAD
200gr de manteiga
210gr de açúcar
03gr de gengibre em pó
06gr de canela em pó
02gr de cravo em pó
165gr de mel
560gr de farinha de trigo
07gr de bicarbonato de sódio
01gr de sal
120gr de água
Em uma panela colocar o açúcar, as especiarias, a água e o mel, levar ao fogo, mexendo sempre, até levantar fervura. Retire do fogo, acrescente a manteiga, mexendo até que esteja dissolvida por completo. Deixe esfriar. Na batedeira coloque a farinha, o bicarbonato e o sal, adicione a mistura de manteiga e bata com a raquete até obter uma massa homogênea. Envolva com film e leve à geladeira por no mínimo 06 horas. Abra a massa, corte no formato desejado, leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido 180ºC por aproximadamente 15 minutos, ou até dourar, e eu escolhi a assadeira perfurada da @aluminiocircular pra me ajudar nesse processo, que permite o calor circular por igual dentro do forno, e eu untei com desmoldante. Retire do forno, deixe esfriar, desenforme e decore conforme demonstrado no vídeo!

1/2 silme çay kaşığı tuz
1 dolu tatlı kaşığı pumpkin pie baharatı
Eğer pumpkin pie spice yoksa;
1/2 çay kaşığı toz karanfil
1/2 çay kaşığı toz muskat
1 çay kaşığı toz zencefil
1 çay kaşığı tarçın
(Hepsini karıştırın)
Oda sıcaklığındaki tereyağını şekerle güzelce karıştırın.
Üzerine yumurtayı ekleyin ama çırpmayın sadece yedirin.
Üzerine pekmezi ekleyin ve diğer tarafta unun yarısına tüm baharatları ekleyin ve eleyin.
Pekmezli karışıma unlu karışımı azar azar ekleyin ve hamurun kıvamı videodaki gibi olunca streç filme sarıp dolapta yarım saat dinlendirin.
Dinlenen hamuru 2 yağlı kağıt arasında açın ve dilediğiniz kalıbı kullanın.
160 derecede 7-8 dakika pişirin.
Fırından çıkarınca ilk ısısı çıkınca fırın teline alın ve tamamen kuruması için bir süre telde bekletin.

🎄Buzdolabında mutlaka dinlendirin(hem şekil hem lezzet için).
🎄Şekerler büyük taneli ise blenderda biraz inceltin(böylece şekerler daha kolay eriyecektir).

🎄Elinizde esmer şeker yok ise şekerinize 1 kaşık pekmez ekleyip esmer şeker elde edin:)
🎄Yumurtaları gereğinden fazla çırpmayın(şekilli kurabiyeler olduğu için gereğinden fazla karıştırılırsa kabarma yapar ve şekiller tam çıkmaz).
🎄Fırından sonra en az 2 saat dinlendirin.
