MAOne of the best drills for improving impact 🏌️
Do this a few times and you’ll feel it immediately in your full swing.
Start by setting up in a perfect impact position:
✔️ Hands ahead of the ball
✔️ Weight favoring the lead side
✔️ Chest slightly open
✔️ Lead wrist flat, trail wrist bent
From there, make sure you’re not flipping or scooping the hands.
Drive forward with the trail wrist, let the body rotate and exit left, and keep your pressure forward.
You can have all the shaft lean in the world, but if your upper body leans back, you’ll lose compression and speed through the clubhead and the ball is going to go a few yards.
Looks simple… way harder than it seems
