Miss Picnic day? 😩😩 Have your own and bring Kimbap with you! 😼✅💯 Kimbap is a traditional Korean rice seaweed roll filled with meats and different vegetables. 🤤 The combinations are endless, but for me, I put in spam, sauteed carrots, spinach, and Danmuji, or Korean yellow pickled radish. The radish has a delicious sweet and tangy crunch; 🤩 you can find seaweed paper and the radish at Kim's Mart in downtown Davis or your local Korean grocery store! 💃🥳 Other combinations I've seen are: tofu and egg, bulgogi (Korean marinated beef), and kimchi and pork!😳😳 What's your favorite picnic food? 🤔Recipe in the comments. #kimbap #koreanfood #ucdavis #nutrition #cooking #ucdteachingkitchen #gooddays #picnic #new2ucdavis #growwithucdavis

Use that seitan we made last week like you would chicken! ‼️🙏 I threw it into this “Chicken” 🤫 Udon Stir Fry with shiitake mushrooms (from the simmering broth), enoki mushrooms, and garlic chives! 😋🤤Substitute the vegetables to your choosing! ✅ Another idea to use this seitan is making a udon noodle soup from the simmering broth. 💡 🧠Simply bring the broth to a boil, add a bit of water and sugar (to balance out the saltiness), throw in your udon, vegetables, and seitan until noodles and vegetables are cooked, ~30-40 sec. I recommend browning the seitan beforehand in a bit of oil. ‼️💯 You can grow your own garlic chives using the guide we posted a few weeks back. 😍Check it out! #seitan #wheatmeat #tiktoktrending #tiktoktrends #washedflourseitan #udon #noodles #nutrition #cooking #college #ucdavis #aggies #ucdteachingkitchen #growwithucdavis #newtoucdavis
