HAI didn’t think I could get thicker hair either… until I changed these 3 things 👇
1. I switched to a scalp-forward line
Healthy hair starts at the scalp. If follicles are dealing with buildup (oil + dead skin + product residue), the scalp can stay irritated and growth can feel slower. A scalp-forward routine focuses on deep-but-gentle cleansing + balancing the scalp barrier, so follicles stay clear and the environment stays calm.
2. I started oiling with “barrier-mimicking” oils
Not all oils are equal. I use lightweight oils that mimic the scalp’s natural lipids (sebum) to replenish the moisture barrier, improve slip, and reduce dryness/tightness—because a healthier barrier = less inflammation + less breakage.
3. I added a growth active that supports the anagen phase
The anagen phase is the growth phase of the hair cycle. When you support it, hairs can spend more time growing, and over time you can see better density + thicker-looking strands (especially when paired with a clean, calm scalp).
