At the 11th edition of World Art Dubai, the Textile Hub will showcase 14 artists from 9 countries, each bringing their unique vision and craftsmanship to the world of textile art. From contemporary fibre art to traditional techniques reimagined, this dedicated space celebrates the versatility, creativity, and cultural richness of textiles in modern art.

VIStill buzzing with gratitude after being part of such an inspiring event filled with colours, textures and beauty.
Spending time surrounded by like-minded creatives at @worldartdubai was exactly the spark I needed. ✨
For a while, I didn’t realize I was limiting my creativity to one technique; and after connecting with incredible textile artists, hearing their stories, their challenges, their growth… it opened my eyes that I was putting myself in a box.
Why do we do that? Why do we label ourselves and forget how vast the creative world really is?
There are endless textures, yarns, techniques waiting to be explored—that’s the true magic of creativity.
A huge thank you to the amazing team at @handmayk , the past few weeks preparing for the show were full of learning, laughs, and so much inspiration.
I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity. 🙌🏼
My head is spinning with ideas and new possibilities. Let’s keep this energy flowing for more projects, collabs, and creative freedom! 🙌🏼
Now, it’s time to dive into some cords and yarns and create something new.
