Nun hat die Hevolution Foundation den Global Healthspan Report 2025 veröffentlicht. Der Bericht basiert auf internationalen Umfragen in 23 Ländern, einer Expertenbefragung sowie globalen Investitionsdaten und zeigt, wie stark das Thema Healthspan weltweit an Bedeutung gewinnt. Zwei Drittel der Ärztinnen und Ärzte berichten, dass Patient:innen aktiv nach Healthspan-Interventionen fragen. Gleichzeitig wünschen sich 80 Prozent der Bevölkerung eine stärkere staatliche Förderung von Prävention. Die Forschung beschleunigt sich deutlich: Über 30 klinische Studien testen neue Ansätze gegen altersbedingte Zellschäden, mRNA-Technologien werden erforscht und GLP-1-Medikamente gelten als Hoffnungsträger für eine breite Prävention. Mehr als 70 Prozent der Forschenden erwarten klinisch relevante Healthspan-Therapien innerhalb der nächsten fünf Jahre. Der Bericht spricht vom Beginn einer neuen Healthspan-Ära. Damit diese Realität wird, braucht es kluge Politik, starke Wissenschaft und verantwortungsvolle Investitionen.
