Mash the bananas using a fork until soft. 3. Add 1 cup rolled oats. 4. Pour 2 tablespoons honey. 5. Add 2 tablespoons peanut butter. 6. Add ½ teaspoon cinnamon. 7. Mix everything until thick cookie dough forms. 8. Scoop portions of dough onto a parchment-lined baking tray. 9. Flatten the dough using a fork to form cookie shapes. 10. Place the tray into the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes. 11. Let the cookies cool slightly before serving. No stress. �Just mix, roll, bake… and drizzle with the dreamiest cream cheese glaze ✨ They’re lighter, quicker, and perfect for slow weekend mornings (or little hands that want to help in the kitchen 🥹) If you’ve been craving something cosy without all the effort, this is it. Save this for the weekend… you’ll thank yourself later 🤍 Recipe ⬇️ 2 ingredient dough: 2 cups Greek yogurt 2 1/2 cups self raising flour (plus more for kneading) Filling: 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp cinnamon 3 tosp butter, melted Cream cheese Frosting: 3 tbsp cream cheese 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup powdered sugar 1 tosp milk Directions 1. Combine flour and Greek yogurt to form the dough (it will be sticky so just sprinkle additional flour on your hands, this will make it easier) 2. Use your hands to mix/knead the dough 3. ���Flour your work surface and rolling pin & roll the dough into a large rectangular shape 4. ���Combine your filling ingredients and spread the mixture across the dough 5. ���Roll the dough into a log shape. Use a spatula and extra flour to help with rolling if required 6. ���Cut log into 10-12 even slices and arrange in a greased pan 7. ����Bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden 8. ����Meanwhile, mix together the frosting ingredients. Add more milk until your desired consistency. 9. ����Cool in the pan for 10 minutes 10. ����Add frosting & enjoy #cinnamonrolls #healthybaking #healthydesserts #easyrecipes
