Most people avoid pasta on a diet, but by swapping heavy cream with a 200g Paneer base, you get a creamy, delicious meal that actually helps you reach your fitness goals. It’s the ultimate Pure Veg Healthy Dinner for anyone tired of boring salads. Why you should try this: ✅ High Protein: 20g per serving to keep you full longer. ✅ Clean Ingredients: No Cream, No Maida, No Cheese. ✅ Weight Loss Friendly: Balanced macros for your Fat Loss journey. High Protein Pasta (Serves 2–3) Ingredients =========== 1½ cup pasta 300 g paneer 3 medium tomatoes 5–6 garlic cloves 1 medium onion, chopped 1½–2 cups mixed veggies (capsicum, corn, broccoli, beans – any of your choice) 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp chilli flakes 1–1½ tsp pasta seasoning / pizza seasoning ½–¾ cup pasta water (to adjust consistency) Method ======== First, bring water to a boil in a pot. Add salt and a little oil, then cook 1½ cup pasta until done. Reserve some pasta water before draining. Heat a little oil in a pan and add garlic and chopped tomatoes. Also add ½ tsp pizza seasoning or oregano and cook on medium heat until the tomatoes become soft. Let this mixture cool slightly. Transfer it to a grinding jar and blend with 300 g paneer until smooth. In another pan, saute 1½–2 cups mixed veggies in a little oil and season with salt and pasta seasoning. Keep the veggies lightly cooked. Heat a little oil in a pan and saute minced garlic until golden brown. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft. Add oregano and chilli flakes and mix well. Pour in the paneer–tomato blended sauce and mix. Add the sauteed veggies and boiled pasta, then mix everything well. If the sauce is too thick, add ½–¾ cup pasta water gradually to adjust the consistency. Your Creamy High Protein Pasta is ready. . #healthypasta #pasta #highprotein #yummy #foodporn

Finally found a good high protein pasta from @urbanplatter.in & it actually tastes sooo good. Honestly you can’t tell the difference. ✅ Calories - 480 Kcal ✅ Protein - 30 g ✅ Fibre - 11 g Ingredients (2 Serves) 120 g High Protein Pasta (20% protein ) 100 g Low Fat Paneer 30 g Cheese 300 g Veggies (tomato, carrots, bell peppers, cauliflower, celery, pumpkin) 20 g Cashew 1 large onion 5 to 7 cloves of garlic Salt, pepper, chilli flakes A little drizzle of chilli oil 5 to 7 g Butter (1/2 tsp each time you add it) Some basil leaves 🌟 Vishesh Tippani - First boil water & then add the pasta for best results - Cook the sauce on medium flame to prevent it from sticking & add a little water to it before adding the pasta in. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil, stir in tomato paste and cook until darkened. Add vodka (optional), cream, chili flakes, and seasonings. Simmer, then stir in butter, pasta, and a splash of pasta water. Finish with Parmesan and herbs! You can’t go wrong with this pasta recipe 🤌🏻 𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨: 8 oz dry pasta 1 tbsp olive oil 1 small onion 3 cloves garlic 1/4 cup broth 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes 1/2 cup cream (sub light cream) 2 tbsp grated parmesan 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Fresh basil 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨: 1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, and cook onion + garlic until soft (5-7 minutes) 3. Pour in broth, crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer 10–15 min uncovered, stirring occasionally. 4. Lower heat and stir in cream + parmesan until smooth and creamy.
