We’ve learnt that when people are constantly tired or stretched, everything feels harder than it needs to. Clear boundaries have helped us work better, not less, and it’s made a huge difference to how the team feels day to day. Here’s what we’ve noticed since we became really strict about our work timings. • People are way more focused during the day because there’s no dragging work late • Tasks get finished faster since everything is tracked properly • Clients are clearer on when and how to reach us, which cuts down a lot of stress • The team actually gets time to rest, switch off, and come back feeling fresh • People choose to stay with us longer because they feel respected and supported It wasn’t easy to put in place, but it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made.
