These conditions increase the risk of heat cramps, heat exhaustion, and possible heat stroke with prolonged outdoor exposure.

These observations come from hyperlocalized heat index measurements recorded by Kloudtech’s ground-based monitoring stations across selected locations in Central Luzon. Values represent 1-hour averaged readings. Some stations are installed on rooftops, which may slightly influence recorded temperatures due to localized heat absorption.
