KHYOU NEED TO LOAD INTO YOUR SCAP!!!!
When you don’t load into the Scap with the top hand your hands have no anchor. The hands drift away from the body, the barrel follows. That’s when hitters wrap, push, and create a long, slow path that can’t compete in games.
A real scap load fixes all of that.
When you load the scap like you’re preparing to throw a punch the hands stay tight to the body. That small squeeze in the upper back creates the tension that stops the hands from drifting, wrapping, or pushing. With the hands anchored, the barrel works behind the ball instead of looping around it.
Here’s what a good scap load gives you:

IAMy dad gave me a simple adjustment, providing an instant fix. Using other people as your eyes is very important. As hitters, we are blind. We cannot see what we are doing; We can only feel. Because of this, we can be easily misguided on our swing looks. The person watching your swing is the ultimate authority on the real, and you(the hitter) are the ultimate authority on the feel(intention). Use other people as your eyes and take what they say objectively. Process the information and figure out how it applies to your feel. Remember, if it doesn’t work, you can always throw it away.

MICreating a direct path above the ball.
▪️The most common miss in hitting is being under. This is the "I just missed it" feeling that can be so frustrating. For the majority, not all, of hitters need to be thinking low line drive, above, or possibly even down to be direct. Now once this feel is created we can add in a through the middle cue... but without the ability to get above the baseball a hitter will continue to drag the barrel and miss fastballs that should be driven.
