A lot of women think more cardio is the answer. So they keep adding more time… more sessions… more effort. And still feel stuck. I’ve lost 60+ lbs twice without relying on long cardio sessions. It’s not a lack of discipline. It’s that cardio alone doesn’t give your body much reason to change. Movement that builds strength does. That’s why my approach has always been simple: Short, effective workouts. At home. Built around real life. Because when something actually works, it’s easier to stay consistent with it.
