**Creamy Garlic Butter Steak & Roasted Baby Potatoes** **Ingredients:** * 2 steak fillets * 2 cups baby potatoes (halved) * 3 tbsp butter * 3 garlic cloves (minced) * ½ cup heavy cream * Salt & black pepper * 1 tsp paprika * 1 tbsp olive oil * Fresh parsley (optional) **Instructions:** 1. Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast at **200°C (400°F)** for about **25–30 minutes** until golden. 2. Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in a hot pan with **1 tbsp butter** for **3–4 minutes per side** (or to your liking). Remove and rest. 3. In the same pan, add remaining butter and garlic. Cook for **1 minute**, then add cream and simmer until slightly thick. 4. Slice steak and serve with roasted potatoes. Seafood Paella 🦐🦑🍚🍋 1/2 diced sweet onion 1 diced red bell pepper Garlic to your liking 2-3 threads of saffron Use any seafood you want. I used: 1 lb prawns/shrimp with the shell! Handful of squid, cut up into calamari rings (I would get more squid this part was delicious) Handful of clams Handful of mussels Rule of thumb is you want 5oz of seafood per person you’re serving. Veggie aromatics for your broth - I had carrots + onion on hand. You can also use celery, etc. 1 chicken bouillon cube OR 1 tsp better than bouillon paste Olive oil 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp Smoked paprika 1.5 cups of arborio rice. If you can find Bomba rice, it’s more authentic. Add olive oil, shrimp shells, aromatics, bouillon, salt and pepper to a sauce pan and sauté until fragrant. Then add 3-4 cups of water. You may not need to use the entire broth for your rice. In large skillet, add olive oil, onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and sauté until the onions become more translucent. Add tomato paste and paprika, sauté for a bit. Add squid, sauté. Salt and pepper to taste! Don’t took the squid all the way bc it will finish cooking toward the end. Add your rice and sauté with the veggies + squid for a bit to enhance the flavor of the rice. Slowly add ladles of your seafood broth mixture until the rice is covered in your pan. Tip: you’re aiming for 1 part rice to ~3.5 parts liquid. Add your saffron + ice mixture. Cover and let it simmer on LOW. Gradually add more liquid when the existing liquid has evaporated/soaked up. When your rice is almost finished cooking through (take a bite and test it), add in your remaining seafood in a pretty pattern. Cover until the rice and seafood is cooked through. A good indicator is your shell fish has opened up. Serve with a few wedges of lemon. #seafoodpaella #homemademeals #dinnerideas

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and build your broth with Old Bay, Cajun seasoning, onion, garlic, lemon, and salt. 2. Add potatoes and corn first — let boil for about 10 minutes until they start to soften. 3. In a separate pan, sauté your sausage until browned, then add it into the pot. 4. Add the crab and boil for about 7 minutes. 5. Add raw shrimp last and cook just until pink and tender (don’t overcook!). 6. Remove everything and set aside — get ready for the magic 🧈🔥 ⸻ 🔥 Seafood-Infused Garlic Butter (THE STAR) Ingredients: • 2–3 sticks butter 🧈 • 1 onion, finely chopped 🧅 • 1 whole garlic bulb, minced 🧄 • 2–3 tbsp seafood seasoning (like Old Bay) • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning • 1 tbsp paprika • 1–2 tsp cayenne 🔥 • 1 tbsp chili flakes • Hot sauce (to taste) • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional) • Lemon juice 🍋 • Fresh parsley 🌿 • Boil broth (a scoop or two for flavor infusion) Instructions: 1. Melt butter over medium heat. 2. Add chopped onions and cook until soft and slightly caramelized. 3. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant. 4. Add all seasonings, hot sauce, and brown sugar — mix well. 5. Pour in a little of that seafood boil broth to infuse even more flavor 😮‍🔥 6. Finish with lemon juice and parsley. Top them with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream, and they were phenomenal!) PASTA WEDNESDAY- could be as easy as pink sauce pasta (add a little cream to your favorite jar of Raos and toss in penne!) Serve with salad & garlic bread. CLEAN OUT THE FRIDGE THURSDAY- Asian stir fry! I will steam some rice and roast some veggies and add whatever we have in the fridge like leftover protein from Taco Tuesday. PIZZA FRIDAY- every Friday my husband makes us homemade pizza. I never get tired of his pizza. He makes a red sauce, white sauce, and pistachio pesto. We usually have a roasted beet salad, and some type of appetizer. And we always end pizza Friday with warm homemade cookies and ice cream. I feel like having these themes for each night makes choosing what to eat for dinner SO easy!!! We also pretty much serve salad at every meal which has made my children love salad. I also have a handwritten list on the back of our pantry door of menu ideas for each night in case I’m drawing a blank and don’t know what I feel like making. Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2. Peel the potatoes. 3. Cut them into fries. 4. Place them in a bowl, add a drizzle of avocado oil, season to taste, and don’t be shy with the spices. 5.
