「どう違うの？」と聞かれると、意外と説明に迷いませんか？
今回の投稿では、
ADL＝生活の基本動作
IADL＝生活を支える応用動作
の違いを、ひと目でわかるようにまとめました。
ADLは、食事・排泄・入浴・更衣・移動など。
IADLは、買い物・料理・掃除・洗濯・服薬管理・金銭管理などです。

우리가 치료를 하는 것의 궁극적인 목표도
아이가 스스로 잘 살기 위해서 이잖아요
OTPF에 보면
작업에는 ADL IADL 휴식,수면 교육 일 놀이 여가
그리고 사회 참여까지 모두 8가지가 속 해있는데요
*ADL : activities of daily living
*IADL : instrumental activities of daily living
그만큼 일상생활활동은 우리에게 아이들에게 중요한 작업이랍니다
일상생활활동은
1️⃣기본적 일상생활활동 ADL
2️⃣수단적 일상생활활동인 I-ADL
로 볼 수 있어요
1️⃣기본적 일상생활활동 ADL
: 목욕, 옷입기, 먹기, 수면, 휴식 등 다양한 영역을 포함
2️⃣수단적 일상생활활동인 I-ADL
: 가정과 지역사회에서 이루어지는 더욱 복잡한 활동을 뜻하고
지역 사회 이동, 집안관리, 쇼핑 등이 포함됩니다(AOTA)
OT4C를 보면,
아동기에서 청소년기로 접어들면서
점차 자율적으로 🛍️ 지역사회 📚 에 참여하기 시작하고
일상생활은 조금 더 복잡해지는 측면을 지니게 되는데
이것을 수단적 일상생활활동 IADL 이라 합니다
✔️ 다른사람, 아기, 동물들을 돌보기
✔️ 의사소통 도구사용
✔️ 지역사회에서의 이동
✔️ 금전관리
✔️ 쇼핑
✔️ 집안관리
✔️ 건강관리 및 유지
✔️ 식사준비, 뒷정리
✔️ 안전,응급상황에 대처하기가
포함되지요
아동이 청소년기에 이르면
IADL들과 관련된 더 많은 기술들을 습득하게 되고
지역사회 활동에 자율적으로 참여하기 시작하며
이러한 활동과 관련된 능력은
청소년기를 거쳐 초기 성년기에 이를 때 까지
지속적으로 발달하게 됩니다
영상 속 주인공인 우리 중딩언니야에게 맞춰 이야기 해보자면
아동기에서 이제 청소년기로 넘어오면서
생활반경이 확장되고 혼자 해야하는 일들이 많이 늘었어요
혼자 학교 끝나고 버스타고 센터로 올 수 있는 아주 기특한 친구라구요👍🏻
IADL의 여러 하위 목록 중 쇼핑과 재정관리, 건강관리(약)에 초점을 두고 하나씩 해가는 중인데요
💊 약
약을 꾸준히 챙겨먹어야 하는데 어머님이 챙겨주시지 않으면
스스로 먹는것이 어려웠어서
체크리스트를 만들고 알람을 맞추며 조절이 꽤 많이 되었어요
🪙 재정관리
돈을 버는 것 보다 어려운 잘 쓰기
청소년기 혹은 그 전주터 관리에 대해서 배워야지
성인기가 되어서고 잘 쓸 줄 알지요
성향상 돈을 마음 가는대로 쓰는 친구여서
어디에 어떻게 써야하는지에 대한 개입이 들어가고 있어요
용돈을 모으고 필요한 것를 떼어 놓고
그 안에서 물건을 사고 함께 계획하기도 하고있어요
기특하죠
이날은 치료사와 BRAIN GYM 게임 대결 후
진 사람이 센터 바로 앞 매장에서 맛있는 것을 사 먹기로 했던 날인데요
저에게 져서 속상함에 눈물을 뚝뚝 흘리는 등 여러모습으로 힘들어 했지만
씩씩 거리면서도 선생님 사주겠다며 나가서 쉐이커를 사줬어요
얼마나 기특하고 예쁘기도 했는지 몰라요
✳️ 일상생활 활동 ✳️은
“작업영역” 중 참여 또한 실제생활과 삶의질, 아동의발달에관련 되어 있기 때문에
장애 아동에게 당연한 권리이자 중요 한 작업영역이다(Bae, Kim, Park, & Oh, 2017).

معمولاً iADL ها را در هشت دسته اصلی زیر ارزیابی میکنند:
1. توانایی استفاده از تلفن و تکنولوژی:
· شمارهگیری، پاسخگویی، جستجوی اطلاعات در اینترنت.
2. خرید:
· توانایی خرید مایحتاج روزانه به تنهایی یا با برنامهریزی.
3. تهیه غذا (آشپزی):
· برنامهریزی برای وعدههای غذایی، پختن و گرم کردن غذا.
4. نظافت خانه و نگهداری از لباس:
· تمیز کردن خانه، شستشوی لباس، نظافت کلی.
5. شستشوی لباس و لباسشویی:
· توانایی استفاده از ماشین لباسشویی یا شستن لباس به روش دستی.
6. حمل و نقل (دسترسی به وسایل نقلیه):
· رانندگی، استفاده از تاکسی، اتوبوس یا مترو به تنهایی.
7. مدیریت دارو و سلامت:
· توانایی مصرف داروها در زمان و دوز صحیح بدون نظارت.
8. مدیریت امور مالی:
· پرداخت قبوض، مدیریت حساب بانکی، بودجهبندی.
