اسلام آباد انتظامیہ کی ناک کے نیچے ہوا 90 ارب روپے کا بہت بڑا فراڈ۔ نیشنل اکاؤنٹیبلٹی بیورو (نیب) نے اسلام آباد کوآپریٹو ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹی (ICHS) کے خلاف انکوائری میں انکشاف کیا ہے کہ یہ ملک کی تاریخ کے سب سے بڑے ہاؤسنگ فراڈز میں سے ایک ہے ۔
سوسائٹی کے پاس منظور شدہ لے آؤٹ پلان اور موجودہ زمین کے مطابق صرف 6 ہزار پلاٹ فائلیں جاری کرنے کی گنجائش تھی ۔ لیکن سابق عہدیداروں اور مبینہ سہولت کاروں پر الزام ہے کہ انہوں نے تقریباً 42 ہزار پلاٹ فائلیں فروخت کر دیں ۔
اس طرح تقریباً 36 ہزار فائلیں غیر قانونی، زائد، یا بغیر زمین کے بیک اپ کے نکلیں ۔ تفتیش کاروں کا کہنا ہے کہ یہ ایک منظم طریقے سے جعلی، ڈپلیکیٹ اور زائد فائلیں فروخت کر کے عوام سے اربوں روپے اکٹھے کرنے کا سلسلہ تھا ۔
اب تک 16 ارب روپے سے زائد کی مالی بے ضابطگیاں سامنے آ چکی ہیں، اور توقع ہے کہ مزید ریکارڈز کی جانچ پڑتال کے بعد یہ رقم بڑھ سکتی ہے ۔ نیب نے اس سلسلے میں 7 افراد کو گرفتار کر لیا ہے، جن میں سوسائٹی کے سابق سیکرٹری جنرل مہدی خان شاکر، سابق خزانچی ملک محمد نواز، سابق ایگزیکٹو ممبر محمد ارشد، اور لینڈ سٹاک ڈیلنگ پوائنٹ کمپنی سے منسلک 4 دیگر افراد شامل ہیں ۔

Barnett plays with a jitterbug spirit to him. He’s a quick Guard that can get himself into the painted area quite fast. He also knocked down a nice catch and shoot long range jumper with good balance and form. That leads us to believe, it’s a shot in his arsenal.
Barnett displayed the ability to finish with either hand around the cup with bodies around him. He finished off of two feet as well as one foot.
