Zusätzlich ist Urs als Athletensprecher beim DGSV (Deutscher Gehörlosen-Sportverband) und beim ICSD (International Committee of Sports for the Deaf) aktiv und setzt sich stark für die Bedürfnisse aller im Leistungssport ein. Esse comportamento é classificado cientificamente como um distúrbio do movimento relacionado ao sono (ICSD-3). Calma, mãe! Na maioria dos casos, o bruxismo infantil é transitório e tende a diminuir naturalmente conforme o bebê cresce. Mas fique atenta a alguns sinais importantes: Desgaste significativo dos dentinhos; Dor ou desconforto frequente na mandíbula; Mudanças no comportamento do bebê, como irritabilidade persistente. Nesses casos, pode ser importante uma avaliação médica ou odontológica especializada. B. The patient reports, or the patient’s parent or caregiver observes, one or more of the following related to the nighttime sleep difficulty: ���-Fatigue/malaise. ���-Attention, concentration, or memory impairment. -���Impaired social, family, occupational, or academic performance. -���Mood disturbance/irritability. -���Daytime sleepiness. ���-Behavioral problems (e.g., hyperactivity, impulsivity, aggression). ���-Reduced motivation/energy/initiative. ���-Proneness for errors/accidents. -���Concerns about or dissatisfaction with sleep C. ���The reported sleep/wake complaints cannot be explained purely by inadequate opportunity (i.e., enough time is allotted for sleep) or inadequate circumstances (i.e., the environment is safe, dark, quiet, and comfortable) for sleep.
