😊Si prefieres leerlo, os damos pistas: Las cianobacterias son las responsables de la creación de estos estromatolitos.
📍Son microorganismos que captan el CO2 y ayudan a la formación de minerales carbonáticos, normalmente calcita (CaCO3);
📍este mineral cristaliza sobre esas estructuras de tapetes finos y pegajosos que forman las cianobacterias, que se agrupan cubriendo la superficie del lecho del río o el mar.
📍Como resultado esos tapetes se calcifican y endurecen generando una lámina tras otra carbonato cálcico. En función de la energía de medio en el que se encuentran pueden crear bien capitas o láminas planas bien capas o láminas onduladas.
📍Siempre se localizan en aguas someras o poco profundas, donde les llega la luz del Sol, ya que dependen de ella para hacer la fotosíntesis.
Hace unos 2.500 millones de años estas cianobacterias cambiaron la composición de nuestra atmósfera...

THHad an amazing back day … did a lot of heavy movements with a mixture of high volume to get a crazy burn … definitely was in hypertrophic state 90 percent of the workout… going to get some cardio in later to get this weight down a bit while retaining muscle .. it takes a different type of mentality to do this consistently but that’s what I embrace being different .. I know my personality not for everyone and I’m ok with that !!
Workout
Started off with Pull ups I believe every back day should start off with these at least 4-5 sets of 8-20 depending on your fitness level
Started off with my heavy movements first
Rack pulls 5 sets pyramid style
Barbell rows 5 sets 8-12 reps
Dumbbell rows heavy 5 sets -6-12 reps
Machine cable rows - 5 sets 8-12 reps and isolation
Machine row 8-13 reps
Three bicep workout to finish the workout
