I get so many people saying what I’m doing is ineffective ,I really think people don’t understand how ancient rural violent China was we are talking about a country where martial arts was and is a big part of everyday living in Mainland China, Martial arts only became obsolete once the gun was invented, but even then the Bagua masters were part of the Boxers Rebellion against the European invaders.
The Bagua masters were going in many were killed in combat but they took a lot of their enemies with them.
Today in the modern world we train to fight only to protect ourselves against a violent attack but also self heal.
Again this is just a demonstration on the basic movement of the Bagua Lion form you can’t learn how to actually fight just doing forms that’s not realistic and anyone tells you they can their lying you must get your hands dirty to really learn how to fight.
