Don’t forget to prioritize your vitamin D and zinc as well 🫡 2 large oranges 1 lemon 1 inch fresh ginger (adjust to your tolerance of the spice!) 2 tsp turmeric powder (sub fresh if you have it) Black pepper (a handful of cracks to activate the turmeric absorption) 6 1/2 tbsp gelatin + 5 oz water 2 tbsp raw honey (optional, but recommend) Vitamin C crystals (ascorbic acid) - as much or as little as you’d like to use depending on how many servings you want the gummies to be! Blend the oranges, lemon, and ginger until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and heat on low until warm. Adding in turmeric and pepper. Meanwhile bloom your gelatin with water. Once that’s ready add to the saucepan and stir to combine. Allow mixture to cool until lower than 120F. Once cooled a bit add the honey if you’re using it and ascorbic acid. Stir to combine and transfer to a glass dish. Allow to cool for a couple of hours in the fridge once cool cut into the serving sizes you need.
