نبات الدوم: غني بالفوائد الصحية والمركبات .. غني بالمركبات النشطة: يحتوي على الفلافونويدات، السابونينات، التانينات، الستيرويدات، الجليكوسيدات، والزيوت الطيّارة، وهي مركبات ذات خصائص مضادة للأكسدة، والالتهابات، وحتّى السرطان "المصدر:ijabmb.journals.ekb.eg ‏IntechOpen" . خفض مستويات السكر في الدم: أظهرت نتائج دراسة شاملة (شملت التجارب المختبرية والحيوانية والمحاكاة) أن مستخلصات الدوم مائية وعضوية خفّضت سكر الدم في فئران مصابة بالسكري، وزادت من إفراز الإنسولين وقلّلت من المؤشرات الالتهابية "المصدر :PubMed" . تحسين صحة الكولسترول وخفض الدهون: في دراسة أجريت على حيوانات، ساهمت أجزاء من نبات الدوم (فاكهته) في تقليل الكولسترول الكلي والدهون الثلاثية، مع خفض LDL (الضار). يُعدّ هذا مؤشرًا على دوره المحتمل في حماية القلب "المصدر :PubMed" . خصائص مضادة للالتهاب والتقرّح: أظهرت دراسات أن المستخلص المائي لفاكهة الدوم يتمتع بفعاليّة مضادة للالتهاب وله تأثير وقائي ضد قرحة المعدة في نماذج حيوانية "المصدر: PMC" . آمن على الخصوبة والتكوين الجنيني: دراسات سمّية طويلة الأمد (even حتى الجرعات العالية التي تصل إلى 5 g/kg) لم تُظهر أي تأثير سلبي على المعايير الإنجابية أو التكوين الجنيني أو الكروموسومات في التجارب الحيوانية "المصدر :PubMed" . نشاط مضاد للبكتيريا: أظهر مستخلص الدوم الميثانولي فعالية ضد بكتيريا مقاومة للمضادات الحيوية مثل Staphylococcus aureus وProteus mirabilis، مع إمكانية الاستفادة من ذلك في تطوير بدائل طبيعية لمضادات حيوية المصدر:"microbiologyjournal.org" . . . . . . . . . . #اعشاب_صحية #اعشاب_طبية #أعشاب_طبيعية #اكسبلور_explore #اكسبلور_فولو #explorer #uae ‏#beauty #skincare #viralreels #viralvideo #viral #صحة #جمال #عناية #ريلز_انستغرام #ريلز_explor❤️
