GRTo stage or not to stage 🤔
Do you prefer to view homes purposely staged to sell with furniture, lived in, or as a blank canvass and so completely empty?
I’m big on staging, with some agenda of course, I think it helps buyers visualise the space and ultimately fall in love with a listing
I appreciate it’s hard to quantify and articulate the reasons why a client should stage
I tend to summarise it as selling a lifestyle, it’s a marketing tactic to derive an emotional response from a buyer and so deliver the best price in the process.
If you can garnish an emotional response, if a buyer connects with a space, the residual value is less relevant, it will sell for any price, within reason, if someone wants it enough
That said, on this one, maybe the charming and refurbished exterior, tiles to enter, stained glass door, cornicing, fireplaces, exposed brickwork, and the picture window looking through to that cute, yes I said cute, rose kitchen, is enough ❤️
I wouldn’t typically share a property without staging but what do you think?
