If you’re thinking about starting a commercial cleaning business here’s 2 things you want to keep in my mind!!
1️⃣ Do you want to buy a Franchise or build your own business from the ground up! I purchased a franchise through JanPro.
• Buying franchise includes all your supplies & equipment you’ll need. You don’t have to market and promote yourself to find contracts. They do it all for you!
2️⃣ Be smart when it comes to pricing and accepting contracts.
• When it comes to accepting contracts I only accept buildings that need cleaning 1X time a week!!! (I’m not tryna clean 5X a week) Because I like to clean all 4 of my buildings on the same day to make it easy for myself!
• When it comes to pricing if the building is MORE than 2,000 sq ft. they have to offer me ATLEAST $275+ if not, I decline!
( I have 2 buildings that are only 1,800 sq ft. And they pay out $300+ a month)
Commercial Cleaning is an amazing side hustle and it’s a great to build some generational wealth! Once you have a building under contract you can keep that contract for entire life span of that business as long as you are doing a great job!
My goal is to keep AMA Cleaning Services LLC alive and running until Ayden is old enough to take over the business. I can hbd it down to him and he can hand it down to my grandchildren!!!
When starting a business always think about LONGEVITY, building generational wealth & leaving a legacy for your family ❤️
