THThis 🌞morning was an early one! ⏰ I was up and out by 5:35 AM to hit @restaurant_depot (aka Jetro) by the time the doors opened at 6:00. When you’re running assisted living homes, 🛒shopping in bulk is key—it saves time and money 💰.
I love @restaurant_depot because you can stock up for weeks at a time, especially if you’re caring for five or more 👵🏽👴🏻👵🏻👴🏽residents. I grab all my 🍗🥓🐬meats there, then fill in the rest with Instacart orders from Giant, Weis, or Aldi depending on what’s needed 🛒.
Let me tell you—the freezer section is like stepping into Antarctica 🥶 so bundle up and bring muscle 💪! Thankfully, my right-hand man💕 @thecontractdoctor, always comes along to push the heavy cart, load and unload the food.
