AVSo it turns out that Hawkins Indiana is really Jackson Georgia and that's not that far from where I live now so we took a trip and a quick tour of a couple of spots where Stranger Things was filmed. They have longer tours so we're hoping to come back again but this quick one was pretty freaking awesome. Ella loved it and so did I. #strangerthings #surferboypizza

🍔 Lunch at Smash Burger (a must-stop while you’re there)
🏛️ Exploring downtown Jackson, where several familiar scenes were filmed

🛍️ Finished it off at the I Love the 80’s Store — because you can’t visit Hawkins without a little nostalgia
It’s walkable, easy to explore, and perfect for a low-key day trip — even if you’re not a die-hard fan.

If you just park anywhere in the little town and walk around you will find all the spots, even the little coffee shops and stores have a touch of stranger things.
