They don’t panic when this question comes up.They’ve thought about it. So let me tell you this as your HR partner👇 Please don’t stop at the website. Before you go for an interview, try to know: 📌 what the company actually does 📌 what products or services are working well 📌 what challenges the business might be facing 📌 how they compare with others in the same space There is a lot of public information available: 📄 annual reports 📰 articles & interviews 🚀 recent launches 📊 simple competitor comparisons You can even use 🤖 AI tools, not to memorise answers, but to understand the business better and one important thing I want you to remember, Interviews are not only about being perfect technically.
