You are the cabinet secretary overseeing the agency that handed out $143 million of taxpayer money and you cannot even say where the contractor is based.
This is the same administration claiming it is running DOGE to eliminate government waste and fraud.
Yet somehow $143 million was handed to a company that did not even exist two weeks earlier.
