(known in some media as Michael Miranda - but his loved ones want him remembered by his true name).
Michael was just 10 years old when he died on 24 Sep 2025 in San Antonio, Texas.
At the time, he was living with his aunt & uncle, Christina & Jonathan Miranda. First responders were called after he was found unresponsive. His death was later ruled a homicide, & both “caregivers” have since been charged with capital murder. The case is ongoing.
According to arrest affidavits, Michael was allegedly confined to a laundry room & subjected to prolonged abuse over at least a year. Other children in the home described alleged physical abuse, including claims that he was lifted by his feet & thrown to the floor until he “stopped moving or whining.” 💔
He deserved protection.
He deserved safety.
Instead, a little boy who loved singing, riding his bike, playing with friends, & watching Paw Patrol had his life taken.
Michael was deeply loved by his biological family, who were fighting for him & continue to fight to ensure his name, his story, & the truth are not lost or misrepresented. Not all details can be shared right now - but in time, the full truth will come to light.
