A few reflections from this week: What felt EASY: • Having aligned conversations with new strategic partners • Saying yes to partnering with our new Business Growth Strategist, Amanda (the clarity was instant) Where I PUSHED unnecessarily: • Client deliverables — trying to carry too much myself • Spending time figuring things out that someone on the team should own • Overscheduling (classic me) All things I’m actively taking off my plate this year. What I’m doing next week to move toward my goal (3–5 new @leadbetterhq clients per month): • Onboarding our new business growth strategist • Teaching a live webinar Tuesday at 7pm ET: Predictable Patient Flow • Launching our new Predictable Patient Flow Assessment as a lead magnet • Going deeper with Instagram trial reels And personally… I’m trialing a new rhythm to retrain my nervous system: 6:30 start → intentional morning routine → focused work block Midday pause for movement + lunch (yes, before decision fatigue hits) Afternoon work block → done. As CEOs, self-care is often the first thing sacrificed — not because it doesn’t matter, but because decision fatigue is real. This year, I’m practicing caring for my body before I’m exhausted — not after.
