π Storyline
Eddie Morra is a struggling New York writer facing a massive case of writer's block and a recent breakup. His life changes overnight when he's introduced to NZT-48, a transparent medical pill that allows him to access 100% of his brain's capacity. With perfect recall and the ability to process information at lightning speed, Eddie cleans up his life, finishes his book in days, and quickly transitions from a "loser" into a financial wizard on Wall Street.
However, the "miracle drug" comes with a dark side. As Eddie's success draws the attention of powerful tycoon Carl Van Loon, he begins to experience terrifying "time skips," blackouts, and lethal withdrawal symptoms. He soon discovers heβs being hunted by a mysterious man in a trench coat and a Russian loan shark, both desperate for his supply. The story becomes a high-stakes survival game as Eddie tries to outsmart his enemies and refine the drug to maintain his god-like intelligence without it killing him.
