Wondering how to slowly wean your baby off milk feeds and into solid meals? Here is my quick guide. Around 12 months, baby is probably still getting 2-3 full “feeds” of milk per day. This is around the time you should start heavily relying on solids as the bulk of their nutrition. This does not mean you have to give up breastfeeding, continue to offer for comfort or a snack as long as you’d like, but this is a guide on how to slowly cut down those full feeds and introducing milk in a cup as part of meals.
