Lots of you have asked me to share my weight resistance exercise routine that I do 4 times a week to support my bone health. Here you go….💪🏼 I hope to live a long a strong life! So supporting my bone density through exercise and nutrition is a focus for me. I do the entire routine twice so it takes about 30 minutes and is convenient to do at home with weights and a yoga matt. Add ankle weights after a few weeks or when you feel ready. If starting a new exercise routine please get advice from a qualified fitness instructor to see what’s suitable for you.
