These 3 Wellness Habits have changed my life! From supplements to olive oil and a daily scoop of seeds to improve gut health, improve digestion and increase energy levels, coupled with movement (yoga and pilates) and daily walks these three hacks mean I’m going into the new season with a routine that hopefully will be part of my daily life for years to come. 1. Foundational supplements like magnesium & omega’s combining a full spectrum of vitamins, minerals and adaptogenic herbs have been formulated with zinc and selenium to help strengthen the immune system. Along with my NAD boosting supplements which happen to be one of the most buzzing topics when it comes to energy levels and cellular health they are all part of my new healthy habit 2. Daily 30 is an easy way for me to increase my intake of diverse plant fibres. My overall health and postpartum experience. I received a loonnnggg list of supplements and lifestyle changes to support my goal of living a long and healthy life. It’s incredible how much our bodies need support during the fourth trimester. Despite eating well and choosing organic foods, the amount of supplements I’m now taking makes me feel like I might rattle when I walk 😄 I also treated myself to a solo spa and health day. Sometimes, a little solitude and self-care are essential for a reset—you can’t pour from an empty cup.
